Music and Entertainment

Throughout the entire event, both Friday and Saturday, the atmosphere was enlivened and accompanied by the music, cheerfulness, and folklore of the group "La Fisarmonica delle Alpi".

The 5 Traditional Disciplines

Hürna

In reference to the Swiss national game "Hornussen", two teams compete in Hürna. A round wooden disc is struck on the playing field with a club. The wooden disc must be caught by the opposing team using a board.

Rules (PDF)

Mishlu

In Mischlu, two teams always face each other alternately. The six wooden pieces are placed in a row eight meters away from the teams. They now try to knock down the opponent's wooden pieces with a round piece of wood. The first team to hit all the wooden pieces wins.

Rules (PDF)

Bochareru

A round stone is thrown forward into the playing field as a target point. The team players now take turns trying to place flat stones as close as possible to the round stone. The team with the shortest distance wins.

Rules (PDF)

Frog Game (Gioco della Rana)

A traditional team precision and aiming test (6 players, 3 throws each). Using the classic wooden cabinet with a perforated top and central metal frog, players throw metal tokens (palet) from 3.5 meters. The team with the highest overall score wins.

Rules (PDF)

Travösta

A team time-trial challenge (6 athletes in two trios) based on strength, coordination, and speed. Teams take turns dragging a regulation wooden log along the course perimeter for 4 laps. The team with the fastest time wins.

Rules (PDF)

All competitions took place according to the official rules under the direction of the field referees.
